What is kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented tea beverage made by fermenting sweetened tea with a culture of bacteria and yeast called Scoby. This process produces a slightly fizzy drink with naturally occurring live cultures, bacteria, organic acids, yeast and antioxidants.
